Principle of coating process
The main components of the nano-coating are sodium silicate, potassium silicate, lithium silicate and deionized water, and other stabilizers. The solid silicate is pulverized and ground, and then passes through a high-temperature reaction furnace to react to generate a nano phase to obtain a powder of 20-30 nanometers. After mixing with deionized water, a stabilizer is added to make the powder uniformly suspended in the liquid, I .e., a hydrophilic nano-coating is generated.
