The principle of nano-coating is to use the special properties of nano-materials to uniformly disperse them in the coating to form a layer of nano-scale coating. Nanomaterials have a very small size, usually between 1-100 nanometers, and therefore have a very high specific surface area. The larger the specific surface area, the higher the surface energy of the material, so nanomaterials have strong surface reactivity

 

Principle of coating process

The main components of the nano-coating are sodium silicate, potassium silicate, lithium silicate and deionized water, and other stabilizers. The solid silicate is pulverized and ground, and then passes through a high-temperature reaction furnace to react to generate a nano phase to obtain a powder of 20-30 nanometers. After mixing with deionized water, a stabilizer is added to make the powder uniformly suspended in the liquid, I .e., a hydrophilic nano-coating is generated.

Coating construction process can choose spraying, dipping, coating, coating can be applied to all inorganic surface. Such as ceramic, glass, metal, etc.
