Boiler spray coating closure or painting
1. Coating sealing or painting: It can be done by hand painting, rolling brush, air spraying and so on.
1) Closure: The purpose of sealing the metal coating is to block the coating pores as much as possible and fill up its pits in order to prolong the service life of the coating.
2) Coating: Sealed or unsealed metal coatings may be coated for aesthetic reasons or to extend the service life of the protective system. The coating system should be compatible with the metal coating or sealing agent, easy to maintain and durable to maintain the requirements of the working environment.
2、Selection of sealing agent
Selection of sealer should take into account: permeability, bonding, transition layer, stability, safety, cut not too much to increase the thickness of the coating.
In the bidding document, the bidder should provide sealing agent: name, main components, performance and construction technology.
3、Coating requirements
1) The coating thickness of sprayed parts shall be qualified by inspection before coating.
2) Cover the sealer or paint coating within 6 hours after arc spraying.
3) The surface of paint coating is flat and even, and no flaking, blistering, cracking, or porosity is allowed.
